Olympic Aid support SSV Brixen

On Wednesday 04.05.2011 at the headquarters of Podini Holding a check for the value of € 5,000.00 was delivered in favor of the disabled section of the SSV Brixen.
The cheque, delivered by Stefano Podini as president of the Olympic Aid and Sport Promotion Project association, is intended to support the sporting activity of the two swimmers Kathrin Oberhauser and Marco Scardoni who have a good chance of qualifying for the Paralympic Games in London 2012.The Olympic Aid association’s main purpose is to raise funds to support sports projects and disabled athletes in Italy For this reason Stefano Podini grants his private collection of Olympic torches to interested companies, sponsors of sporting/Olympic events, museums, banks, other subjects and organizations at their offices or for events Donations are donated to athletes in difficulty selected by the association’s commission, made up not only of Stefano Podini, but also of the president of the Regional Olympic Committee Heinz Gutweniger, the Secretary General of the “National Association of Olympic Athletes Azzurri d’Italia” Renzo Stenico and the Director of the Südtiroler Sporthilfe Stefan Leitner.
